Refunds & Cancellation

1. Scope

This policy explains how subscriptions to the slyvonexsolution platform are billed, how you can change or cancel a plan, and when refunds may apply. It covers platform subscription fees only.

2. Plans and billing

Subscription fees, billing cycles, seats, renewal terms, and any add-on charges are those agreed in your applicable order or subscription agreement. Any charges for changes during a billing cycle must follow that agreement; this policy does not promise pro-rata pricing or credits.

3. Changing your plan

To request an upgrade, downgrade, or seat change, contact support@slyvonex.com. Availability, timing, and any fee adjustment are subject to your applicable order or a written agreement with us.

4. Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact support@slyvonex.com. Notice requirements, the effective date, future renewal obligations, and access after cancellation are governed by your applicable order or subscription agreement and applicable law. Contact support if you need confirmation of how cancellation applies to your subscription.

5. Refunds

• Refund requests are reviewed case by case, except where a refund is required by law.
• Any contractual refund entitlement is determined by your applicable order or subscription agreement, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review the charge.

6. Failed payments

If a recurring payment cannot be completed, we may retry it and will notify you. Access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. For questions about an invoice, contact us first so we can resolve it directly.

7. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes are added based on your billing location and are your responsibility.
